We partner directly with the factory, so you receive the same quality product, without the retail markup.
What warranty do the machines come with?
Every slushie machine includes a 12-month warranty covering the compressor, electrical components, and mechanical parts.
If anything goes wrong that’s not due to misuse or accidental damage, we take care of it.
Why does shipping take 30 days?
We run on a batch-production model due to high demand.

Once the shipment lands in Australia, orders are dispatched in the order they were placed.

Do you offer pickup or Click & Collect?
At this stage, pickup is not available.
We are working on making Click & Collect through Aramex (Molendinar, QLD) available.
If/when that becomes available, the order cost will be $7 cheaper than standard delivery. So delivery is more economic and easier at this stage for you and our team, to better manage the volumes over Christmas ordering.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your machine reaches the Australian warehouse and ships locally, you will receive tracking details via email. This will be on the later end of the 30 days, as this only takes a few days once reaches Australia. 30 days to ship, then 3-5 days thereafter by Aramex Molendinar to send our team tracking for the final leg.
Do I need ice or salt to run the machine?
No. Our machines use a built-in freezing system.
Just pour in your mix, select your setting, and the machine chills and freezes on its own.
What can I make in the machine?

How do I clean it?
Each machine has a self-cleaning mode.
Just add water, run the clean cycle, empty and rinse.
Where is it coming from?
We are transparent, to make sure you get the best price possible, our slushie machines are assembled using quality parts from both Australia and overseas. We ship directly from our international logistics hub overseas, this is then sent to our shipping warehouse by Austway Matraville Sydney, which helps us reduce warehousing costs and pass those savings straight on to you. Otherwise we would have to increase our prices, or not sell the product due to minimal margins.
Do you make a large profit? Why is shipping so much
To be honest no, competing with huge brands and marketplace is very hard. We make a minimal profit to keep the business active but that is all. Otherwise we do have to increase the price per unit, and we don’t want to do that. Shipping is also a hard cost for us. So it is completely up to you to purchase one from us.
Did you just re-label anko brand?
No, we have manufactured these direct, we didn’t breach any infringement rights as this slushie manufacture doesn’t have exclusive rights to anko. These have been sold global for a while now, before they became viral in Australia. This is the same model and does the same ice-cream setting, also have the same copper compression, same supplier as Ninja. There is also two other models in the same range we will launch next year, same compressor and internal but different modern look and feel.
