We do know this is longer than normal, this is because the product just finished being manufactured and haven’t entered Australia yet.
Will you run out of stock?
At this point no, we are currently manufacturing new batch each week to meet high demand. But as a small business, we have budgets too. So we can only order as many as we can comfortably budget.
Will my order arrive before Christmas?
You won’t miss out on this viral Slushie Maker for Christmas. We have 150 arriving and being shipped as we speak, and once this sells this will be marked out of stock. Our shipment is due to port 30th of November, so delivery to door will be 1st week of December (plenty of time) before Christmas.
Where is it coming from?
We are transparent, to make sure you get the best price possible, our slushie machines are assembled using quality parts from both Australia and overseas. We ship directly from our international logistics hub overseas, this is then sent to our shipping warehouse by Austway Matraville Sydney, which helps us reduce warehousing costs and pass those savings straight on to you. Otherwise we would have to increase our prices, or not sell the product due to minimal margins.
Do you make a large profit? Why is shipping so much
To be honest no, competing with huge brands and marketplace is very hard. We make a minimal profit to keep the business active but that is all. Otherwise we do have to increase the price per unit, and we don’t want to do that. Shipping is also a hard cost for us. So it is completely up to you to purchase one from us.
Did you just re-label anko brand?
No, we have manufactured these direct, we didn’t breach any infringement rights as this slushie manufacture doesn’t have exclusive rights to anko. These have been sold global for a while now, before they became viral in Australia. This is the same model and does the same ice-cream setting, also have the same copper compression, same supplier as Ninja. There is also two other models in the same range we will launch next year, same compressor and internal but different modern look and feel.
